Since the start of the epidemic in mid-January, 1,630 clinically suggestive cases of dengue fever have been estimated and 397 biologically confirmed.
The dengue serotype was identified on 126 samples: the DENV-1 serotype is the majority (78.6%) and the DENV-2 (11.9%) and DENV-3 (9.5%) serotypes were also identified.
Cul-de-sac, Orient Bay and Nettle Bay remain the three main active epidemic centers. Since its previous bulletin in early June, Santé Publique France has identified a new one in the Orient Garden.
