Delta and LATAM Airlines expand flights to their codeshare agreement

Airlines Delta and LATAM Airlines extend their agreement code share to more destinations and flights in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Press photo Delta Air Lines.

Advancing with the strategic plan of “joining forces” between Delta and LATAM, more destinations are added to the codeshare agreement already applied and in force on more than 74 flights in the United States and more than 51 routes in Latin America.

In this new information, 12 new routes are added to the agreement between both airlines, which even incorporates several international routes between Lima – Brazil and vice versa for both subsidiaries of the group.

Flights to Guayaquil, Cuenca, Cartagena, Cali, Leticia and others were already within this agreement, which is now extended to the following destinations according to the portal Routeonline:

Flights operated by LATAM Airlines Brasil

  • Rio de Janeiro Galeao – Foz do Iguacu
  • Sao Paulo Guarulhos – Campo Grande
  • Sao Paulo Guarulhos – Lima
  • Sao Paulo Guarulhos – Londrina
  • Sao Paulo Guarulhos – Maceio
  • Sao Paulo Guarulhos – Uberlandia

Flights operated by LATAM Airlines Colombia

  • Bogota – San Andres Island
  • Bogota – Santa Marta

Flights operated by LATAM Airlines Ecuador

  • Quito – Baltra (Galapagos)

Flights operated by LATAM Airlines Peru

  • Lima – Brazil
  • Lima – Rio de Janeiro Galeao
  • Lima – Porto Alegre

With these routes, passengers arriving on flights operated by Delta from Atlanta or New York to Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru will be able to more easily connect to these destinations, where the vast majority are attractive due to their tourist potential.
