Preparation:

Beat the whites into a strong foam. Grease a baking tray with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Roll out the dough around the perimeter of the baking sheet. Place the filling on top. Then grate half the dough from the freezer and distribute it over the filling. Place the egg whites on top and again add the grated dough from the freezer. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
