Deceuninck-Quick.Step reports the death of Jo Alaphilippe, Julian’s father and uncle (trainer) Franck, on Sunday evening.

Jacques “Jo” Alaphilippe had been ill for a long time and had been living and care center since this winter. Last year, the former musician visited his son, confined in a wheelchair, during the Tour when Julian Alaphilippe was a jersey wearer for a long time.
