As a result of the bankruptcy, the company’s 240 employees will be fired in the course of next week. That is what curator Ralf van der Pas of the Taylor Wessing office in Eindhoven says. He is in talks with possible takeover candidates about a restart. ,,The interest in TOM is quite overwhelming”, says Van der Pas, without going into the names of interested parties.
