Austin Majors, famous for his role in the series “NYPD Blue”, died at the age of 27 in Los Angeles, as confirmed by the office of the medical examiner-coroner of the county of Los Angeles. He lived in a homeless shelter in downtown Los Angeles and had been mentioned in the Los Angeles Daily News newspaper the previous week during a visit by Mayor Karen Bass.
His family expressed their sadness, describing him as loving, artistic, bright and kind. After beginning his acting career at the age of four, Austin Majors also studied film and music production at the University of Southern California.
