In order to avoid getting any infection, experts do not recommend that people touch dead dolphins.

Dead dolphins were washed ashore on the territory of the Priazovsky National Natural Park in the village of Chkalovo, Zaporozhye region. About this on Tuesday, September 21 reported in the press service of the Azov fish protection patrol.

Patrolmen reportedly found two dolphins weighing 25-30 kilograms. During the examination, no traces of fishing tackle were found on the skin.

“The employees of the Priazovsky National Natural Park were summoned to the scene and made a map of the release of Azovka dolphins to further clarify the situation,” the statement says.

The Azov Fish Conservation Patrol reminded that in order to avoid getting any infection, a dead dolphin should not be touched.

Experts noted that for a number of reasons, the number of dolphins in the sea is decreasing.

“This is a deterioration of the food supply, accidental death in fishing gear, death of animals as a result of infections, catastrophic man-made and natural phenomena. In particular, Azovs are very sensitive to underwater noise, including the sounds of floating craft engines and other frequency radiation,” the experts noted.

We will remind, in May, at one of the beaches on the annexed Crimea peninsula bodies of dead dolphins were found flooded with cargo… Thus, the fishing industry hides the consequences of its activities, animal rights activists said.
