De Vries crashes during the 24 Hours of Le Mans

Another setback for Racing Team Netherlands in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. After the team ran into technical problems early in the race, things went wrong again for the Dutch racing stable in the night. Nyck de Vries flew off the track in Tertre Rouge together with Toni Vilander’s Ferrari after an unfortunate collision with the Finn. The Frisian driver then got stuck in the gravel but still managed to reach the pits, where the team’s mechanics could get back to work for the necessary repair work. After a loss of half an hour, De Vries was finally sent back on the road with the black / yellow Oreca.
