Days of Russian culture in Bulgaria-2018 – unity of spirit – 2024-05-12 09:54:16

/ world today news/ Dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish slavery!

Bearers of beauty, kindness, love, friendship and unity between people, nations and countries!

Russian culture was like the Bible for me.

Russian literature has been shining on me all my life.

I value Russian literature as much as the Bible and the Greek tragedians. I consider it true that Dostoevsky is the greatest psychologist since Aeschylus.

The Russian novel is not only art, but also philosophy. Worldview issues are important in it.

Europe had no other modern moral philosophy than the Russian one. In the field of morality, it was thought in Russian“.

Europe was greatly impressed by the Russian idea of justice.

The role of the Russians in the moral thinking of the century must be recognized.

Simeon Traichev Radev (19.01.1879 – 15.02. 1967)writer, publicist, diplomat, patriotic Bulgarian and revivalist, memoirist, historiographer, revolutionary, creator of the fundamental work “The Builders of Modern Bulgaria”, Volumes 1-2. Publishing house “Printing house of Tane Peev, Printing house of P. Glushkov”. S., 1910-1911, p. 1568.

(Excerpts from Ivan Valov and Vladimir Svintila’s conversation with Simeon Radev about Russian literature in 1965 at his home in Sofia, immediately after the publication of his new book “Views on Literature and Art and Personal Memories”, Publisher “Bulgarian Writer” S., 1965, p. 443.

Beauty will save the world!

If a nation does not believe that the truth is only in itself, if it does not believe that only it is capable and called to resurrect everyone with its truth – it immediately ceases to be a great nation and immediately becomes ethnographic material, not a great one people.

I really want, at least while the war in the East lasts, to feel like a soldier of the liberation of the Bulgarian brothers.

I want one day, if my health allows, so that I don’t die somewhere along the way like Turgenev’s hero from “On the Eve”, to go to free Bulgaria. I just miss her and feel like I’ve walked her every step of the way in the company of Tseretelev, Skyler and McGahan.

Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky (11.11.1821 – 09.02.1881), Russian realist writer and publicist, milee for Bulgaria as his Motherland, one of the most influential personalities of the 19th century, his novel “The Brothers Karamazov” is among the 100 greatest books of all time

Culture (lat. culture – cultivation) determines the state of social, economic and intellectual life in one or another era. Culture expresses and reflects the totality of material and spiritual values created by humanity at each stage of its development.

The Days of Russian Culture in Bulgaria in 2018 are dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish slavery! They are carriers of beauty and kindness and express the unity of the Spirit!

This is the strongest impression and the deepest trace in the souls of the people who touched Russian art in Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Pliska, Kavarna, Balchik and Pomorie in the June months of 2018.

The cultural events are organized by the hosts – the Municipalities of Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Pliska, Kavarna, Balchik and Pomorie, the Society for Friendship and Cooperation with the Balkan Countries – Russia, the International Organization “Art without Borders”.

The Russian cultural holidays in Bulgarian cities in 2018 caused spiritual delight and admiration all manifestations:

The event is on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the creator’s birth. The bust-monument of the poet with the guitar was created by the Russian sculptor Academician Grigory Pototsky.

The Cyrillic yard in Pliska was created by Karen Aleksanyan, an Armenian businessman living in Shumen. The initiator Karen Aleksanyan shares his reasons for creating the Cyrillic Court as follows:

– Searching to revive the place from where the Cyrillic letters went to the world, to recall the memory of their greatness. Because the martyrdom of their creation and confirmation is a historical reason for pride and steadfastness of faith for all who use the Cyrillic alphabet. Unfortunately, these are values that are increasingly fading these days.

(

Writers’ Alley will be built by 80 busts of creators – honor and pride for national cultures that used the Cyrillic script as a way to the minds and hearts of readers. She will also lead visitors to the Court to the vast world of literary creativity, so that they can feel the spirit and learn more about the history of the peoples who wrote and wrote in Cyrillic. Under each pedestal will be a handful of soil from the writer’s native land. The busts will be executed by the best sculptors of the nations of which the respective writers are. Thus, visitors will be able to get an idea not only of the literary, but also of the visual art of each represented nationality.

The alley it gradually fills up. In addition to the already placed busts, here you can also see the authors whose monuments are to be unveiled soon, as well as information about the artists who created them.

4) Within the framework of the Days of Russian Culture in Bulgaria ‘2018, numerous creative meetings, presentations, interviews, press conferences, etc. are held.

For readers who did not have the opportunity to personally participate in the Days of Russian Culture in Bulgaria ‘2018, the following question will be interesting:

– Why did the holidays of Russian culture in Bulgaria in the month of June 2018 arouse huge interest and were so warmly welcomed by Bulgarian and foreign citizens who had the happiness and privilege to enjoy with all their senses and rejoice from heart and soul the beauty of the Russian culture and Russian art with which they had immediate contact during those summer days?

The answer can be found in the words of the Chairman of the Society for Friendship and Cooperation with the Balkan Countries – Russia, Mr. Andrey Galkin, who defined the goals on the Days of Russian Culture in Bulgaria ‘2018 as follows:

– Let’s restore the lost connections – this first. But let’s give an impetus so that this does not happen only at the state level – Moscow-Sofia, Petersburg-Sofia, but also in other cities where there are rich cultural themes.

Mr. Andrey Galkin is a graduate of the University of Economics in Varna.

We see confirmation of these words of his in the entire program of the cultural forum, and especially in the virtuoso mastery and inspiration with which all the participants in the Days of Russian Culture in Bulgaria ‘2018 gave to the audience.

And not only this. During the concert at the Summer Theater in Varna on June 23, 2018, one of the participants in the brilliant cultural program delivered an unforgettable and exciting message to the audience from the stage, which was met with thunderous applause and approving shouts and ovations:

WHEN BULGARIA AND RUSSIA ARE UNITED, WE ARE INVINCIBLE!

The power and energy of, spoken from the heart and soul, is rooted in the deep historical, cultural, religious and spiritual ties that inextricably connect the two fraternal Slavic peoples – the Bulgarian and the Russian.

The other participants in the Russian cultural forum in Bulgaria in June 2018 would say these words in the same way.

In conclusion, we should emphasize as main conclusion from the Days of Russian Culture in Bulgaria ‘2018, that they were a celebration of beauty, unity and kindness, which literally radiated from all participants in the artistic program.

As a logo for the Russian summer holidays in 2018 in the cities of Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Pliska, Kavarna, Balchik and Pomorie, the sculptural composition “Dandelion” (Radika, Gluharche), symbolizing energy, strength and kindness, would be very suitable.

The sculptural composition “Dandelion” is a circle with palms open to all sides of the world, on which open eyes are depicted as a symbol of an open heart. Kindness, Love, Friendship, Atonement!

The author of the work is Academician Grigory Viktorovich Pototsky, founder of the International Academy of Kindness, whose main belief in life is:

– A person is only a person when his soul glows with kindness! There, Where goodnessthere No borders. Where No borders, begins understanding and Love between by people.
