Since Sunday, April 3, 2022, there have been major relaxations of the corona virus in NRW. For example, the obligation to wear masks indoors has largely been abolished, and there are almost no longer any access restrictions (3G or 2G rule). At the fair or folk festival, visitors do not have to wear a mask by law. In addition, non-immunized people may also take part in the events. Depending on the fair or folk festival, the organizers can also issue stricter rules. It should be noted that the mask can still be put on on a voluntary basis.
