Olga Łasak and Paweł Cieślak left “Dance Dance Dance”
Last week, the dance duo contracted COVID-19. Ultimately, Olga and Paweł decided to quit the program because they were struggling with complications after their illness.
Unfortunately, there are moments in life that, despite great plans and willingness … life writes its own script! We put a lot of work into this program, sacrifices, tears, sweat, emotions, and above all, we gave our whole heart! Currently, this heart is broken, but as they say, “health is the most important.” Our complications after the disease were so serious that medicine took the advantage of wisdom. We always fight to the end and, as you know, we can even discuss it. However, when one loses control over the body and health, then there is not much to say – Olga Łasak confessed.
Paweł, in turn he addedthat he is sorry that his adventure with dance ends this way. He emphasized that he loves dance, he loves this program and all the people who work with it.
Despite the fact that I am unsatisfied in my heart, I have gratitude and readiness for new challenges in my head. We don’t have influence on everything. The final decision was made by doctors. We were ready to dance even with acute pneumonia – added Paweł Cieślak.
Fortunately, they did not take this risky step. After all, not only would they be present in the recording studio. At the end of their participation, Paweł and Olga donated PLN 10,000 to the Friends of the Friars Minor Foundation.
