The Dallas Stars achieved a 3-2 win after extra time against New York Rangers in Michael Raffl’s debut. Raffl got 15 minutes of ice time in his team’s first NHL season game on Thursday and fired a shot on goal. The decisive goal in Madison Square Garden was scored by the Finn Miro Heiskanen after one and a half minutes in extra time.
