Singer Dalibor Janda, like other artists, was also hit by a pandemic of a new type of coronavirus. Thanks to her, he lost his business and could not perform. Even so, he thinks that applying for subsidies is out of place.
Due to the covid, Janda was unable to start a forty-year tour on the music scene in Prague’s Lucerna on March 30. He allegedly lost almost half a million crowns due to a government regulation, but unlike some colleagues, he does not complain.
“I’m not so bad that I can’t stand half a year or a year without business. If someone doesn’t survive without subsidies or other help, let them cough it up and go do something else.” he said according to the Expres.cz server.
He claims it annoys him, as some whine. “There are a lot of artists, if someone doesn’t make a living, let them do something else, some girls have already gone to the supermarkets. The artists are overpopulation,” he added.
He chose endlessly recurring talent competitions as an example. Their organization will be lost in America’s three million, but two similar programs a year for the Czechia’s ten million are, according to him, too much.

He himself does not complain about the interest of the fans, but he is afraid that he will not have to postpone other concerts due to the irresponsibility of the people.
“The Czech nation is cheerful, lively again. People are in swimming pools, packed with each other in swimming pools, autumn will be cheerful. Then they will blur it for us again and that will be the final end,” he said.
Sometimes, in their words, they wonder what people think. “They go to a dance party where nothing is checked, they borrow plum brandy and argue that the coronavirus is only in Prague. I don’t understand that,” he added.
