Dad’s Army actor Frank Williams (90) passed away | TV

entertainment">Williams’ death was announced on his Facebook page. “Our beloved friend, colleague and actor Frank Williams passed away this morning. He was almost 91 years old and we are grateful for the joy, laughter and happiness he has given to so many.”

entertainment">Dad’s Armyin the Netherlands also known as Here Come the Shooters, was made between 1968 and 1977. The BBC series was a great success and was broadcast in the Netherlands by the VARA. Only one of the cast is still alive. Ian Lavender (soldier Pike) is currently 76 years old.
