To make waiting less boring, offers CD Projekt Red from this week gaming journalists access to Cyberpunk 2077. After that scheduled for June 25th Night City Wire-Event these players can preview the title. The scope of these previews has not yet been confirmed, but hopefully they will be large enough to keep fans going for a while.
CD Projekt Red will not be able to avoid crunch hours
Most fans of the game will understand the delay, also due to the Covid 19 pandemic and the resulting telework. Nevertheless, Adam Kicinski, CEO of CD Projekt Red, said earlier this year that the development team at Cyberpunk 2077 “Crunch hours have to be planned” to a certain degree. That was in January when Cyberpunk 2077 postponed to September for five months. Now the game is delayed by another two months, which contributes to this “final phase” with the necessary crisis.
