Cyberpunk 2077 “Extended Memory Pool

The developers from the studio CD Projekt RED, for some reason, left fixed values of the pool of used memory for the game. The original values are identical to the console version, which can artificially reduce the performance of the game on your PC. Enthusiasts have found a solution to this problem, you just need to replace the file in config with the one lured in the post.

You can change the signs to your parameters depending on your PC configuration. To do this, just open the file “memory_pool_budgets.csv” through Notepad, Visual Studio Code or another similar program. It is recommended to set the value for PoolCPU to half of your RAM. Thus, if you have 16 GB, you need to set it to 8 GB, which is already done in the file. If you put 0, your system will automatically select the parameters it needs. In PoolGPU, you need to register the exact values of your video card, exceeding it will use your maximum parameters.

Alas, changing the values in the file may not help all players.

Installation: unzip the archive into the Steam steamapps common Cyberpunk 2077 engine config folder. Beforehand, you can make a backup of the “memory_pool_budgets.csv” file
