Corona incidences are increasing almost everywhere in Hesse, as current RKI figures show. In Offenbach the value is almost 200.

Frankfurt – The City of Offenbach is rapidly approaching a 7-day incidence of 200. The current case numbers of new corona * infections from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Saturday (September 4th, 2021) show a sharp increase: the 7-day incidence is there meanwhile at 191.0. The day before it was 172.7.

Also in Groß-Gerau district there is a sharp increase in the incidence to 113.5 (previous day: 97.9). The Lahn-Dill district with 98.7 (81.3), the Odenwaldkreis with 88.9 (77.5), the Offenbach district with 130.7 (118.9), the Rheingau-Taunus district with 117.4 (105.1), the Waldeck-Frankenberg district with 112.4 (86.9), the City of Kassel with 154.7 (135.8) and the City of Wiesbaden with 132.1 (117.4).

Of the Wetteraukreis is also above 100 on Saturday, with a 7-day incidence of 107.0 (previous day: 99.2). the City of Frankfurt* shows a slight increase in the value: the incidence is 149.1 (146.2).

New corona infections: Incidence for Hessen is increasing

The 7-day incidences are increasing almost everywhere in Hesse *. Exceptions are the Hochtaunuskreis with 94.8 (96.1), the Limburg-Weilburg district with 101.0 (104.5), the Main-Taunus-Kreis with 115.4 (120.0), the Marburg-Biedenkopf district with 69.5 (70.8) and the City of Darmstadt with 95.5 (98.6).

Overall, the 7-day incidence in Hesse is 110.1. The RKI reports 1170 new corona infections and one death.
