This year, the Blue Flag has selected 401 beaches spread across 188 municipalities and 106 ports in France. No Grand Est beach is included in this 2020 edition. Last year, the region had five: 4 at Orient lake (10) and one at Charleville-Mézières (08). However, its marinas are still in the spotlight.

They are 6 in Lorraine. In Meurthe-et-Moselle there are: the port Saint-Georges in Nancy, the port of France in Toul as well as the marina Michel Roth, in Pont-à-Mousson. And in Moselle: the marina of Metz, Nautic’Ham in Basse-Ham and the port of Sarreguemines.

In Franche-Comté, three pavilions will flap in the wind for this unprecedented tourist season which comes at the height of the pandemic. The two awarded ports are listed in Doubs: at the Deluz river halt and at the Besançon halt.
As for the beaches, you will of course have to go to the edge of the Jura lakes and more particularly to the edge of the Grand Lac beach in Clairvaux.
