The Cuban head of state led his country’s delegation to the meeting that took place the day before in Kingstown, capital of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with the presence of representatives of the 33 member countries of the bloc.

Díaz-Canel was accompanied by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodríguez, the vice chancellor Anayansi Rodríguez, and the Cuban ambassador to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, José Manuel Leyva.
