According to the American Deadline hard work is currently underway to revive the series. After the original CSI: Crime Scene Investigation there are plenty of spin-offs aired like CSI: Miami in CSI: Cyber. The new series will CSI: Vegas will be called. And anyone who thinks that a new city excludes old acquaintances is wrong.

In the original series, which ran from 2000 to 2015, we not only saw how Gil Grissom (William Petersen) and Sara Slide (Jorja Fox) solved various cases with their team, but also tried to manage their love affair.
There is good news for the fans; in the new series we will see both Grissom and Fox again after years of absence. William Petersen and Jorja Fox left the series during the ninth season, but Jorja eventually returned. Now both actors have agreed to work on the new series.

While not much is known about the series’ story yet, Will CSI: Vegas not be a ‘simple sequel’ to the earlier series, so described Deadline. It is known that there will be four new team members, but nothing is known about the players.
The new episodes were originally scheduled for October in honor of the twentieth anniversary of the series, but due to the corona virus, this could not take place.
