Sam Bankman-Fried, founder of the crypto platform FTX, was the wunderkind and poster child of cryptocurrency, but he took too many risks with other people’s money, causing billions of euros to go up in smoke. The Dutch are probably also victims of it. Experts hope the debacle could speed up the regulation of cryptocurrency markets.
