(AOF) – Crédit Mutuel Arkéa has just officially adopted at a general meeting the status of company with a mission, which constitutes in the Pacte law of 2019 the most demanding level of commitment in terms of environmental and societal responsibility. In accordance with the Pacte law, a Mission Committee, separate from the corporate bodies of the company, will be appointed during the Board of Directors meeting to be held at the beginning of June. It will be composed of nine members including a mission referent, a director, six personalities from outside the company, from the business world, associations, CSR and sustainable finance experts, as well as an employee. For the latter, the group launched a call for applications open to all of its employees.
The composition of the mission committee will be revealed in June.
