The cumulative incidence of covid-19 cases per 100,000 inhabitants at 14 days in the vulnerable population rose this Friday to 1,225.28, this is 89.98 points more than those recorded on Tuesday, when, in turn, it rose 139 compared to the previous Friday. Also, Spain exceeded 12,000 hospitalized with the infection, whose figure rose to 12,080, and reported another 471 deaths, although the pressure in the ICUs slows down.
This is reflected in the new report from the Center for the Coordination of Health Alerts and Emergencies (Ccaes), which incorporates 83,613 new cases and another 471 deaths with the disease for a total of 12,973,615 confirmed official infections and 108,730 registered deaths of people with coronavirus in Spain.
Regarding the cumulative incidence, the group of people over 80 years brings together most of the infections, with a rate of 1,641.70 cases, followed by those of those who have between 70 and 79 years old, with 1,318.88; Y between 60 and 69con 940,40.
As far as the situation in hospitalsThey already have a total of 12,080 admitted with covid-19, a figure that represents 494 more than that reported on Tuesday.
Likewise, in the ICU there are already 508 hospitalized with the disease, six more than on Tuesday, occupying 5.77% of the beds. The ICUs with the highest saturation are those in Madrid, with 10.53%; Catalonia, with 9.91% and the Basque Country, with 8.18%.
In the last seven days, a total of 321 deaths of people with the disease were recorded, the majority in Castilla-La Mancha and Galicia, with 42, followed by Madrid, with 40.
Vaccination data
Regarding the vaccination process, 92.7% of the population over 12 years of age is fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, with 39,113,419 people with two doses of vaccine. Likewise, 39,245,458 have received at least one dose, 93% of the population over 12 years of age, as well as 55.1% of children between 5 and 11 years of age, a total of 2,101,861.
Similarly, 1,710,677 minors between 5 and 11 years old, 44.8%, have received the complete agenda.
Finally, regarding the booster dose people92.5% of those over 70 years of age have already received it, as have 92.7% of those over 60 years of age, 87.7% of those over 50 years of age and 81.1% of those over 40 years of age.
