The people who register must attach and present a medical certificate at the time of vaccination, without exception.
The Ministry of Health, Social Development and Sports announces that the registration to be vaccinated against COVID-19 has begun for all people over 40 years of age with type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus.
When filling out the form, the patient must attach a medical certificate (stamped and signed by a medical professional) issued within the last 6 months. That same record must be presented at the time of inoculation, without exception.

Once completed, the person must save the ticket receipt that is issued. Then, the Government will establish the schedule and communicate the shifts (day, time and place) through the emails of those registered.
