The Urban Transport Authority (ATU) for Lima and Callao, he recalled this Wednesday to the regular transport companies that it has made its virtual platform available to certify the vaccination against COVID-19 of drivers and collectors.
This initiative responds to the measures of the government which establishes that public transport operators must have their two doses of the vaccine so that they can provide the service and thus protect their health and that of users.
To register the vaccination of their collaborators, companies can enter the virtual platform of the ATU or the web www.atu.gob.pe with your username and password.
There they must locate the option ‘Accredit vaccination’, fill in the requested information and attach the vaccination card in PDF or image format.
Awareness campaign
From the ATU indicated that, as part of the ‘Safe Passenger’ campaign, they carry out awareness days at public transport stops, reiterating the importance of double vaccination and the need to continue to comply with the biosecurity measures such as the use of two masks, one surgical and one of your choice or one KN95.
In addition, they reminded the operators and users of the importance of respecting the capacity of the buses, maintaining social distancing, traveling with the windows open and carrying liquid or gel alcohol for constant hand disinfection.
The ‘Safe Passenger’ campaign seeks, through various actions and awareness-raising initiatives, to provide greater security to users of the different public transport systems that allow the mobility of the 11 million people from Lima and Chalacos.
