Coursan: still no trace of the missing septuagenarian

The research concerning the disturbing disappearance of Christiane Glas, born Vertet and aged 70, during a walk, on January 1, around 3 p.m., between Coursan and Vinassan, towards the path of Pouzets, has not given anything born yesterday despite the presence of large resources on the ground.

The septuagenarian was dressed in dark clothes and was described to the gendarmes as being athletic. She would be used to walking 20 km, and had left to make a loop between Coursan and Vinassan. On Sunday around thirty gendarmes were hard at work, including with trail motorcycles. The ponds have also been inspected, but the water level is extremely low. Research starts again this Monday at 9 a.m., with a St-Hubert dog from the Nîmes gendarmerie, capable of spotting traces 8 days after a person has passed.
