Ages 16+ are eligible to receive the vaccine. For ages 16 and 17, a parent or guardian must register them for the appointment. Those who are 16 and 17 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian during their vaccination, and are only eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Residents in this age group must bring a completed consent form when visiting a vaccination site.
