According to our information, the government is working to amend the ordinance (number 2020-306) of March 25, 2020, which notably allows to postpone the instruction of town planning authorizations deposited before March 12, and until expiration one month from the date of termination of the state of health emergency.
The Ministry of Housing is working on the subject with the Ministry of Justice and with local authorities. He hopes to succeed in the next fortnight. The government will proceed again by ordinance.
