Three people who tested positive are suspected of being infected with the so-called delta variant, which is now being examined in detail.

First of all, patience is required. Quarantine was ordered for the property until June 8th.

The brass band Banda Comunale delighted the high-rise residents with a balcony concert on Saturday.

“It is important to us to provide support in these difficult times. The situation on site is not easy for everyone involved. We want to loosen up the situation with a few pieces and contribute to relaxation – without being disrespectful,” says Michal Tomaszewski from the band.

The head of the Dresden health department Dr. Frank Bauer (32) asked him and the band personally on Friday evening. Bauer: “If you can forget your worries for a moment and are encouraged to persevere, the concerts have served their purpose.”

In fact, the snappy brass music was well received on site. While the ten musicians sang world music in the parking lot in front of the house, the residents sat at their windows and on balconies and listened.

They thanked the musicians for their commitment with applause and shouts of “We like it”.

Background: A resident (30) of the home has died. After his return from India, he contracted COVID-19 and changed quickly.

Now there is a suspicion that the infection is due to a virus variant.
