57.3% of adults in the European Union have at least one dose of the covid vaccine, 209.8 million citizens, according to the European Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Adults with the complete vaccination schedule reached 34%, 124.5 million. Spain remains behind and is the penultimate country of the Twenty-seven in vaccination coverage of its population. On Wednesday the country reached the milestone of having more than half of its citizens with at least one dose, 23.7 million people. Health also notified 4,341 new infections and added 29 deaths to the official count. The cumulative incidence in the last 14 days remains, for the third consecutive day, at 92 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
