According to the regulation, the operation of discos, nightclubs and facilities providing a place for dancing is prohibited throughout the country. Sports dance clubs and dance schools are excluded from the ban
The operation of swimming pools, aquaparks, gyms, clubs and fitness centers is suspended throughout the country, with the exception of facilities such as conduct medical activities or co-organize sports activities for schools and universities The operation of saunas, Turkish baths, steam baths, solariums, slimming salons and massage parlors is also prohibited.
According to the regulation, in the yellow and red zones, restrictions apply to catering establishments that may be open to customers from 6:00 to 21:00, and then only take-out meals are allowed. In addition, according to the regulations, only every other table may be occupied, and customers are required to cover their mouths and nose until they are seated at the table.
Pursuant to the regulation, 25% of people may participate in cultural events in the country. the audience. However, in the case of open-air events, there should be a distance of 1.5 m between participants.
Sports events in both zones may be held, but without public participation.
The new regulation also sets out the rules for using public transport. According to them, half of the seats in the country may be occupied by means of transport, or 30 percent. all places.
Pursuant to the ordinance, public assemblies in the yellow zone may not include more than 25 people, and in the red zone the number of public assemblies has been limited to 10 people.

The regulations on the organization of special events will change from Monday. It is forbidden to organize them in the red zone. And in the yellow zone, it is allowed to organize them for a maximum of 20 people – excluding service. The parties are to be held without dancing.
In the justification of the regulation it was emphasized that the obligation to cover the mouth and nose does not apply to “persons practicing sports within the framework of sports competition, sports activities or sports events, and not, for example, running, walking or cycling for pleasure or health, or riding by bike in order to go to work or to the store. “
The new regulations enter into force on Saturday.
