Lorenzo Sanz, former President of Real Madrid, died at the age of 76.
The Spaniard was admitted to the intensive care unit of a Madrid hospital in critical condition on Tuesday due to a coronavirus-induced lung disease.
Now his son Lorenzo confirms the tragic message on Twitter on Saturday evening: “He didn’t deserve this end and this way. It is one of the nicest, bravest and hardworking people I have ever seen. His family and Real Madrid were his passion. “
