The FIALS of Bologna takes the field to defend Doctors, Nurses, OSS and Health Professions. All winter holidays are blocked by the director of the AUSL. The decision could fall on all other companies.
There is no peace for the Medici, the Nurses, the US and the Health care professions in the era of Covid. In words they are defined as heroes, then in fact they are not. It happens for example in Bologna, where the director of the AUSL, Paolo Bordon, has decided to include all the operators’ winter holidays. Hence the vibrated protest of the FIALS, which comes out on Facebook with a video shot by the provincial secretary Alfredo Sepe.
The decision came a few hours ago. They are all precept with the excuse of the Coronavirus, while health companies, although they can do so, decide not to hire staff.
If it is difficult for nurses to find staff, it is not the same for social health workers (there is still a long ranking available from the last competition).
It is true that there are few doctors and few exponents of the health professions, but it is also true that freezing the holidays and not allowing colleagues to rest does not improve things.
