Gold prices rose in the local market on Monday, with the price of metal increasing globally.
Since the beginning of this week, a gram of gold has increased in the local market by about 20 pounds, reaching historical levels.
The increase came as a result of the rise in the price of the metal globally as a result of the demand for buying gold as a safe haven by investors following the outbreak of the Corona virus emerging in a large number of countries worldwide recently.
