The traffic light system is intended to warn if the corona situation develops critically. The three indicators include the seven-day incidence, the proportion of intensive care beds occupied by corona patients and the so-called hospitalization rate. This shows how many people per 100,000 inhabitants were admitted to hospital within a week after being infected with the coronavirus.
