New York, too, has changed since the pandemic began. Even in Times Square – otherwise full of tourists from all over the world – only a few people can be seen these days: New Yorkers, most of them wear masks and keep their distance. At the same time, she’s like her friends: with part-time jobs, she tries to make ends meet and hopes that better times will come soon. A report by Bastian Hartig.
