Corona in Belgium: The R value rises to over 1 again after a long time

The number of hospital admissions for corona patients and new infections has fallen slightly again in Belgium in a weekly comparison, but the number of deaths is increasing slightly. In the meantime, the reproductive value, the so-called R-value, has risen again to over 1 in our country. That means that the pandemic is gaining strength again, says the state scientific health department Sciensano.
