Corona Cases in the US Reach 2.5 Million Cases

Case Covid-19 in the United States has surpassed 2.5 million cases on Sunday (28/6), making efforts to recover the country’s economy backwards after a surge in cases occurred in Florida.

The US is still the country with the largest number of Covid-19 cases, one third of all cases in the world. Until now, there were 9.9 million cases of Covid-19 occur in the world.

The average age of infected patients also dropped significantly, from 65 years to 33 years in the last two months.

Miami announced the beach will be closed during the weekend of July 4, coinciding with the celebration of United States independence which is usually filled by a splashy party at various locations.

In line with the condition of the Covid-19 case, President Donald Trump’s campaign event which sought to raise his electability for the upcoming November 6 elections began to be canceled.

Trump’s campaign agenda in Arizona and Florida next week was postponed “due to caution”.

Trump himself faced harsh criticism after forcing a campaign in Oklahoma despite being warned of a pandemic the previous week.

In California, Governor Gavin Newsom asked a number of regions to re-implement permanent orders at home. The City of San Francisco itself decided to delay the reopening of public facilities.

Texas has also closed bars scattered in the state.
