United Coquimbo He clarified through his social networks that he was Estadio Seguro the entity responsible for “imposing” the measure that prevents the presence of visiting fans in the first match of the tournament, against U. Católica, in the “Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso”.
The “pirates” indicated that they requested full capacity for “crossed” fans in the South Gallery, “Since we are convinced that having visiting fans delivers a powerful message of healthy sports rivalry and also healthy coexistence within national football.”
“We reiterate and emphasize that the decision adopted was reported by Estadio Seguro as an additional security measure for the reasons indicated, that Coquimbo Unido does not share them, and that it was imposed against the match request submitted by our club for the celebration of the sports meeting”, they maintained in the statement.
“In turn, if Estadio Seguro allowed to change said imposition, we would be ready to receive the visiting public as we requested in the first instance“, added the letter.
Coquimbo and UC play this Saturday from 8:30 p.m. in the “pirates” compound.
