She is sometimes called “the coolest queen in the world”. Because she doesn’t care what others think of her. She is an unashamed chain smoker and fur wearer, and she gets away with it. Quirky and eccentric, but always herself: Queen Margrethe (81) of Denmark. Today she sits on the throne for 50 years. “I’m not nearly perfect, but at least I’m not a hypocrite.”
