It has been half a year since the docuseries “Harry & Meghan” premiered on Netflix – a docuseries depicting the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s life after they retired as working members of the British royal family.
The sister caught red-handed
Prince Harry (38) and Duchess Meghan (41) received a load of criticism for several of the things that came out in the series, and a number of people criticized the couple for being “complaints”.
Now, half a year later, the storm still hasn’t subsided. Now YouTube star Shallon Lester (42) says that she reacts strongly to one of the clips used in the series, according to Daily Mail.

Has hired legal aid
A clip from one of Lester’s YouTube videos was included for a few seconds of the series. Now she claims it is a matter of defamation, as the clip must have been taken out of context.
Already last year, she referred to the series as “a festival of lies”, after one of the series’ episodes suggested that she was part of a coordinated hate campaign against the couple.
Caught “cheating”: – Unacceptable
In an investigation by Bot Sentinel, which has also been investigating QAnon, it was revealed in the docuseries that out of 114,000 Twitter messages, 70 percent of the messages originated from just 83 accounts.
These accounts frequently published messages to spread both lies and rumors about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The accounts were also accused of spreading hate propaganda, and Lester was unwittingly dragged into this by implying that she was one of those 83.

Now she has involved lawyers in the case, and promises to go after the couple “with teeth and claws”.
– Believe me when I say that I hunt every opportunity to take them. It is defamation, it is libel and it is mischaracterization. And you know what else it is? Misinformation, she says in a video.
Lester is said to have never been contacted by Netflix in the matter.

Furthermore, she ridicules the duke couple for losing the Spotify deal they had, which was worth 20 million dollars. Among other things, she accuses the duchess of having “bad work ethic”.
– And now that Spotify has cut ties with her, everyone is coming out and condemning the couple’s terrible work ethic, their entitled, bizarre, self-aggrandizing attitude and generally unlikable personalities.

Shortly after the docuseries was released, Lester stated to Dail Mail Australia that she had never encouraged anyone to create content to attack the couple. She also denied that she had done it herself.
Lost the support of the people
– If I did – where? YouTube? Show me. How did I influence millions to harass Meghan and Harry without anyone finding a shred of evidence?’ she said at the time.
Lester further referred to the docuseries as “pathetic fiction”.
