Confinement increases interest in buying chalets and large apartments with pool and garden – idealista / news

While in L’Alcudia, Almássera or Palma de Gandía the contacts to flats with four or more bedrooms stand out. Finally, the municipalities where the interest in villas has stood out were in Yatova, Losa del Obispo or Algemesi.

In the province of Vizcaya, the highest interest in buying a home last May was for villas (12.4%), ahead of flats with four or more bedrooms (12%). Once again, the apartments with gardens and pools decreased in contacts (-15%) in May compared to the period prior to confinement.

In the city of Bilbao, the only thing that grew among these types of homes were large flats (9%), while flats with gardens and pools or chalets had fewer contacts in idealista ads during the last month.
