Condor now communicates via Whats App

WhatsApp will now also be a channel towards the customer for Condor.

Condor customers can now also communicate with the holiday airline via WhatsApp and reach customer service via the channel.

Customers can use the new channel, which according to Condor is a supplement to telephone, e-mail and live chat, to receive information about their upcoming flight, questions about booking or upgrades.

“Shortly after the introduction, we were able to see the added value of this channel. Our customers used Whats App immediately to discuss their concerns. Currently, in most cases it is about valid entry requirements, questions about booking, online check-in or about Special services. These topics can be discussed quickly and directly via Whats App,” explains Alexander Kaiser, Head of Customer Care at Condor.
