Complaints about Telenet have been pouring in at the FPS Telecommunications for months. The problems are the result of the provider’s switch to a new digital management system. Six months later, the problems are anything but gone. “Since September, we have received around 500 complaints from Telenet customers every month. And that number has not decreased in recent months,” ombudsman Luc Tuerlinckx told the newspaper. “The figures are still very high, which shows that Telenet cannot get certain problems under control.”
