A US federal judge on Monday granted Facebook’s request to dismiss the two complaints filed in 2020 by the US competition authority (FTC) and the attorneys general of many US states accusing Facebook of anti-competitive practices.
On Wall Street, the social network, whose action climbed by nearly 5%, in the process exceeded for the first time the symbolic threshold of 1000 billion dollars in capitalization.
