Job Description

The intern will participate in the following missions, as part of the Deux-Rives / Zwei-Ufer urban project or other missions that could be entrusted to the SPL Deux-Rives:
• Participation in the production and distribution of communication media, in conjunction with service providers (graphic design, writing, printing and shaping, distribution, etc.), for the diversity of recipient audiences (professionals, residents, investors, general public, youth, etc.). ).
• Learning about public communication issues with stakeholders in SPL Deux-Rives projects.
• Learning how to manage a communication strategy (worksite communication, key events, digital communication, etc.).
• Participation in the drafting of specifications and public contracts relating to its action, in conjunction with the administrative, legal and financial center.
• Participation in the design and production of messages (website, articles, brochure, videos, press releases and press sheets, etc.).
• Participation in the organization of highlights and events. Definition of communication and public relations strategies linked to these events.
• Support mediation actions linked to the Deux-Rives urban project: animation of the “Point-Coop – Café Deux-Rives”, reception and public awareness, relations with the stakeholders of the urban project, co-organization of events (e.g. : site visit, urban stroll, public meetings, etc.).
• Participate in the involvement of those who live and work in the territory of the urban project in neighborhood life: monitoring consultation actions, neighborhood meetings and reflection on the implementation of signage communication adapted to the construction phase.
