“All receivables have already been 100 percent adjusted in the form of balance sheet provisions and filed for insolvency,” Wüstenrot Group spokeswoman Andrea Krametter is quoted as saying by Wiener Magazin: “In addition, the enforceability of claims against the auditor and possible other liable parties will be checked.”
Wüstenrot customers are “in no way affected by the Mattersburg cause,” said the spokeswoman.
