The customer of the works was chosen a communal enterprise for the maintenance of green spaces in the Svyatoshinsky district. The enterprise, according to the decision of the Kiev City Council, should create a park along the Vira lake at the intersection of the Ring Road with Zodchikh Street.
Note that Lake Vira was formed in the late 1970s on the site of a swamp in the historical bed of the Borschagovka River.
