Comedian Yes, Basic Food reported on suspicion of fraud against the event organizer (EO) worth hundreds of millions of rupiah.

Regarding the blank check that was questioned by the EO, Gus Anom apologized to Yadi Sembako and his family for being dragged into this problem.

“As Commissioner (PT Gudang Artis), I apologize to Yadi and his family. I have good intentions, I have helped my lawyer,” said Gus Anom when met in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, Monday (9/10/2023 ).

Regarding the blank check given to Muhammad Adri Permana as the EO, Gus Anom had said from the start that the check had not been filled in by the investor.

“This check was written on the 24th (August). We said at the beginning that the money had not yet been received,” said Gus Anom.

Even so, Gus Anom admitted that his party had acted in good faith regarding the delay in filling out the check by guaranteeing the car to Muhammad Adri Permana.

“Investors are late in entering, but in good faith we guarantee there will be cars there,” said Gus Anom.

When asked when investors would fill in the check, Gus Anom could not provide certainty.

“(The check disbursement issue) is still in process,” he concluded.
