Twelve associations were shared between the interventions with high school students, in classes, in the amphitheatre, and in the lobby : Hand-Tight, Rebounds, Unicef, Secours Populaire, Unis-Cité, League of Human Rights, Contact, take Action all for dignity Fourth World, Retser, Welcome Toulouse Migrants, Habitat and Humanism and the Fédération Associative Columérine for the development of the associative involvement.
In addition to his many interventions, The League of Human Rights also conducted the first Coffee-parents of “The week of Discris”, very much appreciated.
The association’s Outstretched Hand had detailed its actions to help the poorest, referring in particular to his Grocery store solidarity, and the distribution of meals. A few days later, the confinement provided to students and their teachers the opportunity to act at his sides : implementation by teachers and a few parents, a collection of food and first necessity items allowed in particular to support its maraudes, as well as the grocery store solidarity. Food parcels have also been able to help the many new families vulnerable to poverty by the crisis COVID. “That is, it has passed the theory and went to practice !” concluded the organizers of the “Week of Discris”. A beautiful success story.
